Your Tasks:

For our subsidiary ACS Motion Control (Europe) GmbH, we are looking for you as Sales Admin & HR Coordinator [m/f/d]. ACS Motion Control is a leading global supplier of high technology multi-axis motion control systems. 


Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator for our office in Karlsruhe, Germany, to support the execution of sales administration tasks, to carry out HR and administrative tasks, and to act as an administrative link between the companies ACS Motion Control and Physik Instrumente (PI).

Sales & Marketing Tasks:

  • Sending of emails, reminders, and follow-ups on activities like trade shows and trainings as well as on product and software releases  
  • Support in the organization of sales activities (hosting, accommodation, catering)
  • Sending of invitations to customers and partners and coordination of appointment

Office Admin Tasks:  

  • Accounting support
  • Coordination of office facilities and equipment for employees
  • Support for shipments 

HR Coordination Tasks:

  • Coordination, execution, and support of activities related to employee recruitment, training, development, welfare, and retirement/termination in collaboration with Corporate HR

 

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • very good German and English language skills
