PIFOC®Long Range Microscope Objective Positioners & Scanners with Capacitive Sensors

P-725s are long-range-travel additions to our PIFOC® family of microscope objective nano-focussing devices. Despite the increased travel ranges (up to 500 µm) the units are 20 % shorter than the P-721 series, while providing sub-nanometer resolution. The long travel range is achieved with a newly designed, fric-tion- free and extremely stiff flexure system which also offers high guiding accuracy and rapid settling.
